Have a Safe and Enjoyable
Posted: Friday 9/11

Just a reminder that we have a TX 34 barrel race this Sunday, Sept. 13 at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds
Arena in Rosenberg.   It is a covered arena with lots of stabilized parking, so we will be able to have our
barrel race even with all the rain we have been having!!

Also - just a reminder to bring any sponsorship money with you and turn it in on Sunday.  The sponsor form is
available on our web page - please note that a buckle sponsor is only $150 and a saddle sponsor is $500.

Hope to see everyone on Sunday.

Hello.  Wanted to let everyone know that there is a schedule change for NBHA TX 34- our next jackpot will be
Sunday Oct. 18 at Edna as scheduled, but the Oct. 25th jackpot at Sweeny is cancelled.  To make up for
that, I am adding a jackpot on Saturday, Nov. 14th at Runge Park in Santa Fe.  Mike Rab will be working the
ground for us on Nov. 14th at Runge Park.

The schedule has been updated on the website.

Sorry for the schedule change.

Thanks.

Lana
The time of each year that snaps us awake.
Out of the doldrums of late summers bake.
The switch that is thrown, for trees, colors to make.
And families unite for activities sake.
The chill in the morn' being quiet refrain.
Warm afternoons have natures disdain.
The drone of the bee in its last search for nectar.
The squirrels stock their nests as winters protector.
The smell in the air of hot cider, and burnt leaves.
Makes us rejoice in the brilliance of the trees.
The tweak on your skin by a chill in the morning.
Is all you will get of a cold winters warning.
So enjoy the crisp air, the colors, the feelings.
Of Autumns great show and its ex-cited dealings.
Reflect on this time, it is special and dear.
And oh so short to exist, as the best time of year.
