Just a reminder that we have a NBHA TX 34 barrel race this Sunday,
February 14th at Rosenberg.  It is a sanctioned show.

We will also give our our awards that day.  We will have the awards
set up by the announcer's stand and will give out during the
exhibition barrels, so we will start around noon.  I have attached the
final standings for awards with ties broken.  I have also removed any
names from the standings that were not awards eligible (those that did
not pay their awards fee).  Ties for year end awards will be decided
by 1) Most number of jackpots placed in that division or class, then
2) Most number of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc place finishes in that division
or class.  I don't think this will get posted to the website before
Sunday so that is why I have attached it.

Our concession stand will also be benefitting our year end awards
again.  We will have hamburgers, nachos, etc.

On another note, I have decided to implement work points for this
year.  I am only going to require 10 workpoints per member - so not
too much.  Also, if you get a saddle donation it will cover all your
work points and each buckle donation will count for 3 workpoints.  I
will have a sign up sheet on the entry table.  Also, if you worked at
the first jackpot make sure you get with me to make sure I have you on
the list.

Let's all hope for cooperative weather on Sunday for our jackpot!!

Hope to see everyone there.
